I can import FTSE 100, UK shares (which comes automatically with Amateur Invest). But I would like to import all the shares under the following (even though there are overlaps):^FTSE FTSE 100 Index ^FTLC FTSE 350 Index ^FTMC FTSE ACT 250 Index ^FTAS FTSE All Share Index ^FTAI FTSE AIM Index ^FTT1X FTSE Techmark 100 IndexHow can I set the definitions in the ini file to achieve this? |

Hi Subas. - The needed definitions in the ini files are already there. What is missing is the definition of the companies in the securities window within the program. So open the securities window, and "add" each company or go to the import / export window, and import the setup from a file. - Remember to get the import id (symbol) for each company from Yahoo. - The easiest way is to go to the Yahoo finance site, and view eg. the FTSE 350 list, and copy/paste it to a file, and the import it into the program. http://www.amateur-invest.com Money, stocks, investments,Personal Finance |
