Hi, I'm curious if anyone has any top speed numbers for the banshee or theoretical hull speeds etc for various wind speeds.Also, what type of wind does it need to plane? |

The banshhe sails at nearly equal speeds to the laser. I have both and have raced the bansheee with a laser fleet.Search the internet for laser performance. banshee theorethical hull speed is 4.7 knots and it will start planing at speeds that are lower. 4.7 knots hull speed will feel very fast and exciting in the Banshee. |
