Thanks Craig! I know of several racers that have already been there. It sounds really great. When I get the "big system" back on line and can access the disk the site is stored on, I'll be sure to include this track! Gini |

OK, hold on, but miracles do happen. :) Race results for 2/2 have been posted to the Carolinarc.com web site. What else can anyone say but WOW! 74 cars entered today comes close to a record. I think 76 was the record for the 4th of July race in 1999 and that included 1/4 scales. Had a BIG, BUSY day but a lot of fun. Got to run the Nitro Legends again and also had a class of 6-cell Stock which hasn't been on the track in quite a while. A special thanks to Orrin Sunde and his crew for coming out to race with us from way up north, Orrin was down visitng his son Tim. In Tim's first race in a 1/10th scale here he battled for 2nd several times during the 6-Cell Stock A-main and finished third out of 8 cars. Not bad for the first time on the track. A special thanks to everybody for helping to keep the program moving along. We started about 1:30 and wrapped up the show about 6:00. Not bad for more than 70 racers. http://www.carolinarc.com |
