Hello you all! In the section "History of Crayfish in Europe by Boris Grahn" the author outlines how important monks were as the first to culture crayfish. I am currenlty writing my thesis dealing with Orconectes limosus and I would very much like to cite the above-mentioned fact. Can someone give me a sientific reference or maybe a book in which monks culturing crayfish are mentioned? Thanks alot!!
