Hi, I am in the market for a tuner... I need one that can respond to pedal tones right away without having to be across the room (because of the large wavelength of the notes)... If anyone can suggest something, it would be appreciative... Thanks much!!! |

I use a cheapo Korg. Just make sure the tuner touches the bell of your horn.If the tuba is vibrating at the right frequency the note can not be out of tune. |
