A hunting dog mainly. I heard that Brittnay's double and make good "pets" also so that's a plus. I am open to suggestions on what breed to get. I think both Brittnays and German shorthairs are beautiful dogs. But I am wanting to hunt the dog that I get. |

I wouldn't limit my search to Britts and GSPS. Any breed of birddog would make both a hunting and house companion. I wouldn't recommend a Britt, as they are often time tempermental. |

If you haven't found a dog yet I will be having some this spring for sale. I have English Setters if you have any quetions about my dogs abilities just ask Dale at Sugar Creek. My name is Phil Austin. As a matter of fact Dale has two of my pups from my last litter and is very pleased. |
