You do need to call and make sure the course is open, and someone else is not on it. Sugar Creek is not a club and does not charge a membership fee. Normally you can get in on the Skeet and Trap ranges any time, the Sporting Clays will depend on how many hunts are scheduled for the day and whether the course area is needed for a hunt.
