I just wanted to say that Bengali film actresses are fat, ugly, retarded, and they don't know anything about style and fashion. They should learn these things from the Bollywood actresses. Other than the film celebs, the tv celebs are a lot BETTER and acceptable. |

Wonder which actresses you ever saw!! I always felt bengali girls and ofcourse quite a few actresses have a lovely face. Did you see the likes of Aparna Sen, Sharmila Tagore, Madhabi, etc.... Yeah if your idea of beauty is bottom hugging mini skirt wearing, waist flinging, bossoms glaring girls, then i think i can say that bengali actresses have done a wonderful job in maintaining the sanctity of women - by not succumbing to the lustworn eyes of the male chauvinist. |

Well said Barun. The talented Bengali Actresses never had to rely on the bare-all aspects of Acting. Nevertheless, if one wants the Glam doll kinda show pieces, here is a list: Sushmita Sen, Moon Moon-Riya-Raima Sen (a rare trio combination), Bipasha Basu, Amala Mukherjee (South), Lisa Ray, Kajol-Rani Mukherjee... Need I go on? Still we love our grand dames like Aparna(Beauty & Brains), Supriya(what a figure), Madhabi(Beauty & Talent), Moushumi(Bubbly Cutey), Jaya(Wanna Bet), Sharmila(Wanna Bet too), Rakhi(ask Gulzar)... Need I go on? |

I can suk on those bossoms all day long and there is more to play with, when it comes to bengali actress... If guys deny this, then they are gay... If ladies deny this then they are Jelous Skinny With no figure of a real women (curves and ass) also they are basically crying out for attention, because their bossoms are not big enough to draw attention.... |

okay okay okay bengali acteresses to over do it! but some like rani mukargee and the rest bengali beauty queens are a good example!!!!! and they are as good and talented and got that beauty of the bollywood acteresses.. |

before we start comparing bengali actresses to bollywood actresses, let's think about the targeted audience for bollywood movies (western audiences--they're who have the money) thus the bollywood actresses conform to a westernized standard of beauty (aquiline features, thin, less curvy Indian bodies). They are beautiful, no doubt. I don't argue that. But I'm just askin y'all to think about cultural imperialism at work in our preferences here. why are we disreespecting bengali beauty? because it is not bollywood beauty which is the closest south asia's puttin up to the european standards of beuty, because that is who they are marketing these movies too. before we start desanctifying the beauty and physical anthropology we come from, let's question this ish. i'm told by bollywood movies to not be proud of what i look like, because i am dark and have dravidian features. i am from a place where the sun and the land have created the beauty of my people the way we are. there is infinte beauty in our dark, sun-penetrated skin, our dark eyes that absorb all this sun we live through. whiter skin, longer noses, less curves--of course this is beuty. but not of india. not of our sun-penetrated india. cultural imperialism, y'all. before we throw out our opinions, let's think about what/who we're denying. |

MISS usa i would sau that u r complety blind coz bengali actresse r the best in bollywood they r soooooooooo beautiful anb sexy look at bipasha, lisa ray rimi sen sushmita, mahima,reema,rani, etc... u can cry all u want but thats a fact ur just jealous im a guy from munbai and i prfer bengali girls i just love them they r so hot fit and beauty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
