hey kyra I love your web site. My pig is about one year old and her names is spots. My kids bought her for 20 dollars when she was an itty bitty baby now she is a fat hog. |

Hey, I've got a piggy named Pookie and she's a real sweeite but sometimes she bites!Do you now how to stop them from biting? |

I added Pookie to my cavy names page. The only guinea pigs I have had that bit were Zilch and prolly Rueben. Zilch only bit when I touched his foot but really after saying no enough times he finally quit. Rueben on the other hand is a butt! He grinds his teeth and bites if he gets angry enough. I don't know if there really is a way to get them to stop biting. When does she(?) bite? Someone told me whenever Domino was biting that he may have mites. I took him to the vet and it happened that he actually did. He was treated and was fine after that. Rueben does the same thing off and on, but mostly his problem is that he has a bad temper!
