Where I live, the nearest US Bank is 15 miles away. Since my husband just has to bank there, and he needs me to deposit his money for him, I had to drive there and made it by 30 seconds. They closed up so I couldn't make a deposit. There were still people coming out of the bank, but I couldn't go in. Isn't that stupid? I hate USBank, always have. |

I made the mistake of obtaining a mortgage loan through US Bank. I suffered a heart attack and had a triple by-pass. Since it was a second home, we put it on the market and it sold right away. The buyers mortgage broker had problems getting the financing through and we called US Bank and asked for their indulgence. There reply; Started foreclosure proceedings. The house was sold and they were paid in full including all late fees (since I was out of work for 3 months) but US Bank saw fit to tag my credit bureau scores with a "foreclosure started". I called and explained the situation, but all I got was the BIG ME little you routine. "NO EXCEPTIONS" for anyone, regardless of circumstances. In the short time that I had the loan I paid over 4300 dollars in interest, thel paid the laon off plus all of their fees. They were out NOTHING, but can't pass up a chance to totally F&$@ up someones credit rating. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. They have about as much heart and compassion as a cobra. |

Let me tell you from experience how important it is to know how to shoot good digital video with your camcorder before going on that vacation or filming that big event.
