I would like to continue to "preach" the evils of caffeine (coffee, tea, Coke) and sugar. I can't emphasize enough how much better I felt after giving up caffeine & sugar. Like I've said before, after being diagnosed as having MVP in the 1980's, I took a beta-blocker daily for TWENTY YEARS. If the doctor had just told me to stop drinking coffee & Cokes, I could have avoided a lot of misery and expense. All MVP sufferers, please give up caffeine & sugar and give it at least three months.... I KNOW you will feel much better. Believe me, it's worth it. Even if you drink two little cups of coffee a day, you are just FEEDING your MVP symptoms - wean yourself from the coffee gradually or you will experience bad headaches.

I totally agree with what you have said about sugar and caffine. Neither will help the problem. Also think about any soft drink ice cream, cake, and I really don't think that "no sugar items" are helpful as well. Just think " don't have anything that has sugar or caffine". It's amazing how much better you'll feel.
