I was diagnosed about 3 weeks ago. I am not use to this. I seem to have flutters every other day and this sick headache. I feel so weak sometimes and at other I feel normal. This sucks. I am glad this discussion board is here and I am not crazy. http://myspace.com/letylovesphotography |

I know it is scary at first but I am an old lady at 42 now and was made aware of it by my doc at age 15. It really gave me panic until I did some research into it in my 20's. Now I suspect my daughter having it because she fits the profile at age 13. Read this, diet really helps. And if you don't change what you eat at least you can relax a little about it. You will get use to it and start to eat right and exercise and will feel a lot better. It won't kill you though even though it makes you feel like your close to death sometimes. lol http://http://www.consciouschoice.com/1995-98/cc093/hmd093.html Good diet |

Robyn is right. Diet makes a difference. CUT OUT THAT COFFEE AND COLA! Eliminating caffeine & sugar from your diet makes ALL the difference. |
