Hi Nanty Glo. My name is Jamie P. Hoover, 23 yr old from Belsano PA. As you may or may not have read or saw on the news, my parents small business ice cream stand "Krispy Kream Drive In'" is being pressured by threat of legal action to change their name that has been in use since the 60's!!! The pressure is coming from Krispy Kreme, the doughnut franchise. My parents ice cream stand/fast food joint and its name is a source of pride for our family and my community, and is by no means making any money off the Krispy Kreme doughnut franchise. I have attached an article on the subject... by the way the news of the big business picking on us has already reached as far as Hawaii and the Middle East. I hope that you can help us to keep our name. Besides our attachment to the name Krispy Kream Drive In, it is very expensive to change the name of a business.
