Well, I was wondering if any of you have noticed how quiet OBAMA has gotten since he and his preacher have been quoted on tv for the last 3 weeks? I(personally), could care less if I never see him again. Hillbill either!!! McCAIN is not much better but he is my only choice at this point. |

Really WOW WEE? You think he's been quiet? Not from what I've seen. He's been on the news everynight and wants Hillary to stay in the race (today's news). This election for Obama and Clinton is "political chess" so each waits for the other to make a move. He made a very passionate speech which political historians are claiming "is one for the books." There's a interesting interview this weekend in The NY Times Magazine section with former Treasury secretary Paul O'Neil who was fired by Cheney. Bear Stearns was bought out last week by JPMorgan to hopefully, save the economy from tanking even more. He mentioned that McCain has admitted that his grasp is limited with economics which is rather unsettling, don't you think? McCain wants to stay in Iraq and isn't saavy with economics. What's the war costing us tax payers now? We've almost approached the 600 billion mark and heading towards a trillion. I dunno, makes me kind of worried. |

I agree with Wow Wee. I really don't want to vote for any of them but sometimes we must settle for less. I don't believe that any one man or woman can fix the mess we find ourselves in at this time. At least, not swiftly. |

Ah, Clyde, the days of mushroom trips...those were FUN! I had a crazy night and I regressed to 1909, I was 3 and riding a tricycle in a huge kitchen! My mom had a Gibson hairdo and I could smell distinct odors from the stove. I think that was the same night I went to bed and saw a colony of very small people under my radiator. Native Americans used mushrooms for past-life regression and maybe there's something to it. I do know that I had a past life during The Reign Of Terror (French Revolution) and was guillotined on Rue de la Roquette in 1792. I still have neck pains, DNA has "memory". You can't book that flight on Priceline.com Goat. No luggage required. William Shatner actually never exsisted in that world and coffee breaks are perpetual but don't take your shoes off cause they won't let you stay. |

I don't like Hillary Clinton or Obama Barek. I am a democrat and I would vote for Micheal Dukakas if he was running. I hate John Mcain. I am going to vote for Mrs. Clinton because I know if she gets in she will have Bill Clinton by her side. He was the best president I have see and I an 72 years old. I'm scared that nobody will do anything about the crime in Pascaboula and I will die just going to my mail box by a gang or school dropouts. I am scared of Obama because he simpithizes with the others. I'm concerned about crime but nobody is talking about it . |

Maude, I realized yesterday after listening to McCain that his vocal pattern, intonation and speech, sound EXACTLY like a cross between Bush and Reagan. He doesn't particularly rub me the wrong way but he has no charisma and seems like he's already run out of steam. He doesn't have a robust presense, that's for sure. As for the crime situation, I think you're going to have to rely on your local government and organized citizen involvement to make any progress. Are Northrop/Grumman and Cevron still the largest employers? We we "RickRolled" awhile back by zinthity (I think). I was reading about it yesterday, here's the link. http://news.aol.com/entertainment/music/music-news-story/ar/_a/millions-fooled-into-watching-80s-video/20080401113709990001 |

Goat, you got Rickroll'd? LMAO. I can see it now. What did zithiny do? I don't remember. I watched the Rick Astley video and it makes me want to punch him....over and over again. The song's not bad but his face and dance routine should be printed on toilet paper...I'm gonna go invent that now, Rick Astley animated toilet paper.....that actually sings. |

Yeah Clyde, don't you rememeber?? For some reason, the post was edited too. The toilet roll is funny but it's been done before...there's a store in my 'hood that sells tissue with Bush's mug. I can't stand that song....it's almost as bad as your other favorite, Billy, Don't Be A Hero.......... http://news.aol.com/entertainment/music/music-news-story/ar/_a/millions-fooled-into-watching-80s-video/20080401113709990001 |

How anyone could vote for a person that will force expensive health care down our throats is beyond me. Yep, Bill be right by her side. He wants this election more than she does. Obama is SOME ONE TO FEAR EVEN MORE. He really don't even have a plan. Except to keep racial turmoil stired up. OK...I've said enough for today... Sorry I am so late in posting but my husband had surgery and it has been 24/7 caring for his needs. I enjoyed reading all the post. Thanks for your opinions. |

The Democrats scare the H--- out of me. Here is something I found interesting; Homer Hickam recently made several interesting comments. In case you don't know who he is, Homer is a poor West Virginia miner's son who worked his way up to being an employee/scientist for NASA. He wrote a book called "Rocket Boy" which was later made into a great movie called "October Sky." This morning he was interviewed and had the following comments about the USS Lake Erie's [navy crusier] one-shot shoot down of the crippled satellite in orbit around the earth: If this country's head was on straight, they would be holding a ticker tape parade for the Crew of the Cruiser, USS Lake Erie . This one rocket firing boosted our National defense 100 fold in one act. Now North Korea , Iran , China , and Russia [to name a few enemies] all know that we have a safety net that can accurately stop their incoming missiles even if they are out of the earth's atmosphere. Of course, that was the plan all along, and it was a dandy plan. I just hope that the next person in the White House doesn't scrap the system and begin baking cookies for the enemy. Hillary or Obama have already given us plenty of heads-up that they will do just that, and that makes me a little nervous. At any rate, Kudos to the Officers & Crew of the USS Lake Erie . WELL DONE, BLUE JACKETS!!" Note: Funny, just last week Obama reiterated how when he's P.O.T.U.S he will stop all missile technology and nuclear disarmament. If he were president now, we wouldn't even have been able to shoot that satellite down AND show the world that we CAN protect ourselves and will do so if the need arises. Apparently Obama doesn't want the rest of the world threatened by the evil USA [a Pastor Wright declaration]. Who said "O" isn't influenced by Pastor Wright!!!!! As said, this is something to run through the Think-0-Matic before you vote! |
