Could anyone please help!. Have just got into the model rail bug and have aquired a couple of Class 37's. They have RF dist markings and I would like to find a site which explains the various markings. I know some are Petrochemical, construction etc and also they have a scottie dog etc. but what do they mean? Any help would be grateful!

Dear Dave Hi you may already have the information on sector markings but my advice to you is to buy Modelrail they have a forum there for people to ask questions about their model railway. I live in New Zealand and not being in England, I have to rely on magazines like this for pictures and info. This is a good site for coach and loco pictures in the era I am modelling. Anyway happy modelling. Guy
