Can anyone assist me in finding a shroud for a Portuguese Mauser. The one I have seems to be missing one....This is still in the 6.5x58 and I would like to get it back into action. I have tried most of the usual fields - no luck - any info appreciated.Thanks JOHN |

all ready redgistered on the net. D9616 - all matching numbersUDF - 17175The gent I got it from did not have the shroud - - - hope I can find one! |

John,All I can recommend is the sources you have probbly already tried...Craig at Blunderbuss, Andrew at Classic Arms or Bruce at Valley Trading. Failing this, drop SAAACA an email and ask for the request to go out on the next SAAACA email classifieds? Will reach more people that way. Don't forget the old gunsmiths who may have stripped parts lying around.Good luck. |
