Hi I'm new to this forum.There was a program on UKTV a while ago about RV and Psychotronics etc one of the guests suggested that a Delta elite unit exists within USgov to dip into the univ-sub and who also have enhanced psi-abilty.....is this just hokum or is there an element of truth??? |
