hey, has anyone gotten busted lately...cuz like at food town last night, i was waiting for my girl to get outta work at convergys....and like i saw a cop over by this joint lairs lounge.....and my girl was walkin right by him, and heard him say...*he's out front!?* and my mom said that she saw a cop ride real slow down our street.... ...can they do anything to me unless they get my book, or they catch me in the act? or maybe someone got caught and said my name......should i just stop paintin fer a minute? i dunn what to do .yeah |

id say to lay low,if your gonna bomb just be careful.here in nyc crazy writers are wanted by the cops,unless they got evidence(video recording,photos by a concerned citizen etc.)theres nothin they can really do other than try to catch you in the act.snitchin is another story.if someone dropped the dime on you and gave up some info (or again,evidence)then they might be doin that surveilance shit these pig fuckers do.id tell ya to lay low and dont be scared,its part of what comes with the responsability of bein a writer,either give it your all or quit and become a book boy.then again maybe he wasnt even refering to you,who knows but better to be safe than sorry and lay low. yea, never know what the "law" can be up to next, they like to writer their own rules as to what they can do. IF they get a warrant to search your home, you could be in some shit if you got photos, drawings, stickers, especially if your name is on them... I never really been exactly in your shoes, but I'd say just watch your step real close. Check out artcrimes, or do a search on 120z.prophets board for the words bust, legal, rights, or similar - as I've seen this topic discussed in detail there occasionally, lots of info if you dig it up. Above all, don't do any stupid shit, and don't do anything to incriminate yourself. keep your writer status top secret like a secret agent, james bond style. keep your shit in the trunk of your car if your going to meet up or have a blackbook session with the boys.. that's all I can think of offhand, be careful out there, good luck.peace. |

i just think your too paranoid...i dont see kase stuff up anywhere so why would they be lookin for you?if you do get caught go to the spot that you hit and clean it before your trial or whatever and youll get the shit dropped i know because i did it back in the 90s when i got bagged ...other then that i highly doubt theyre looking for you.think of all the other heads out here that actually do paint and bomb why aint they gettin stalked by the pigs? this is my 2 pennies......peace |
