Subject: DALITS/NEPAL: Fight untouchability

Fight untouchability
It is indeed shameful that the prevalent social and religious conditions in our society still condones untouchability, the most heinous crime against humanity. Although discrimination among individuals exists in every society in some form or the other, the degree in which it varies determines to what extent people in a country are deprived of their due rights and social respect. In Nepali society, the problem appearsto be the tenacious hold the outdated but rigid age-old caste system has over the minds of people despite the existence of laws that guarantee equality and liberty. Such a socio-religious ethos has done terrible harm to our society, and the country will continue to remain backward as long as
discrimination based on the caste factor continues.

When Manu divided society it was conceived of as a mechanism not only to
ensure the division of labour but also to govern the social and religious
activities of every individual. The caste system, in its original form had
nothing to do with untouchability. However, over the centuries, the castes
gradually rigidified to restrict certain sections of the people from
attending or mingling in social and religious gatherings. This practice
turned into untouchability and that still exists in our society,
especially in remote areas depriving many of the opportunities that
should be theirs. Such discrimination would not have continued to exist
had successive governments effectively implemented the laws that
guarantee equality and liberty to all citizens. Unfortunately, this did
not happen. What has happened is that the rights of the so called lower
caste people have ever been trampled upon. They have thus become victims
of oppression.

The Constitution of Nepal, 1990, guarantees that no person shall be
discriminated on the basis of untouchability, neither shall any
individual be denied access to any public place nor shall anyone be
deprived of using public utilities. Any violation of this is punishable.
Although there are laws to punish, the government has failed to implement
them effectively and people continue to ignore the laws against
untouchability. This apart, the fine one has to pay if he or she violates
the law and is punished at all, does not exceed 250 rupees. The punishment
can hardly be considered a deterrent. The government will therefore have
to work on amending the laws so that the law itself can be the best
preventive measure. The lower caste people may have to be given protection
and new opportunities will definitely have to be opened to them. Only then
will it be possible to uplift this class and bring
them into the mainstream of society where they can lead a life of dignity.

Fight Untouchability

When the world will know the Ugly Reality of Racism, the Jewish, the Protestants, the Christians will side with us. Now only Islam knows our problem because 80 % Indian Muslims were the former slaves of Upper class Hindus . India's untouchables are unheard in Europeans continent because of powerful India's upper caste medias.

The inherent racism of historic Hinduism is thus unconcealed. Hindus were judged by the color of their skin, not the content of their character, skills or talents. The darker the Hindu skin, the lower the caste and rank in Hindu society. The whiter the skin is the higher their caste and rank. The Brahmins prided themselves on their white skin while despising the darker skinned untouchables who were often viewed and treated as sub-humans.

This explains why more and more Hindu Gurus are coming to America and the West to convert rich white Europeans to Hinduism. This sex manic Gurus never travel to black Africa to make converts because the open sex is not allowed in Africa. The truth is, they don't want black people whose skin color is an indication of bad karma. Most Indians in America are upper class people. As long as they can sucker rich white people into giving them money ("Money is evil So give it all to me.")? Why bother with darker skinned people? Dark people are evils on birth because of bad Karma.

What is the reason for Hindu’s hate on dalits ?

What is the reason for Hindu's hate on dalits continues in millennium India. A Brahmin believes that their dharma sastras are God's revelation. Bhagawan Krishna and Bhagawan Rama are modified the dharma Sastras with the will of Brahmins. Brahmins are the Gods on earth. There are thousands of dharma sastras that says dalits are inferior to dirty animals. I have never come across in my life a Brahmin with out prejudice and belief in their Dharma Sastras. They believe that animal waste is superior to Dalits. Dear my Dalit brothers, why don't you come forward to educate yourself about their sastras, which says dalits, are sub human. Once you learned the dharma sastras you will come forward to burn those books in to ashes. Instead you help to kill our own dalit brothers and other non-Brahmins in India.

Brahmin Sastras: Thousands of Dharma Sastras verses says Animal waste superior to Shudras. The Shastras also proclaimed that animals excreta is superior to Shudras because drinking of cows urine would purify the person defined by the touch of Shudra. (Samvart Smriti 183).

'Samvart Smriti' says if anyone belonging to the twice born category (Brahmin, Kshatriyas and Vaishya) happened take water by mistake from a holy place or from a river where Shudras what engaged in work, he should purify himself by taking 'panchagavya' -a preparation of cow dung, cow urine, milk curd and ghee.

According to `Prashar Smriti' if a twice born drinks water by mistake from a well that by Shudra he should fast for 24 hours. Again if the drinks the water from the well which had become impure by the touch of utensil belonging to a sweeper, he has to drink cow urine and eat barley soaked in cow's urine for period of three days. (Parasara Smriti Ch. 6).

The impurity caused by the touch of the Shudra is infectious if scriptures are the believed. For, even an indirect touch of the Shudra can defile a caste Hindu. In other words, a twice born can become impure if he is touched by those who have become polluted by coming in contact with the Shudra.

Hello Dalit Brothers,

Do you know the character of a typical Brahmin? They are known as Bhojana Priyas, which literally meant Food lovers. King Ratideva butchered for the Brahmins 2000 cows every day. A Brahmin is one who will walk many miles even in the middle of the night for just half a slice of bread. They ate everything, except - for reasons not known, the camels. Manu also had a great value for the Camel, but not the Cow. He and other Brahmins of his time ate all animals, other than the very valuable Camel. They did not at times spare even the dog-meat. Even today, Brahmins cook, feed and eat the meat of animals including buffaloes for the sacrifice to the goddess Kamakhya in Assam.

Do you know why the Brahmins spread vegetarianism? They want the Dalit should weak. Brahmins are smart to rule over the weak people. Brahmins fight only to soft side like Christians in India. Our Dalit children are meat eaters so it is a threatening for the Brahmin's survival. They don't want our dalit girls, P.T.Usha; Shini etc are bagging gold medals in Asiads and other super games. They want dalit should weak with out accumulating the protein from meat and hence they could control them under their slavery. These grass eaters spread the venom in everywhere either in Internet, television or newspaper. They will have always the successful stories. The latest example is the shut down of our EZ board. They could hide the truth for the time being. I advise to all Dalit brothers to come forward to expose these Brahmins, Brahmanism, and their cheat in society.

They are the biggest cheats and silent criminals on the earth. They always come as beggars and ultimately cheat to appropriate everything. They are therefore big frauds thieves' looters and merciless destroyers.

They are crude heartless cunning priests, or claiming to be scholars or teachers is a big to cheat and deceive the people. They were smart to fool the kings and queens and the masses. It facilitated them to become advisers and ministers. This Brahmin trickery even continues in India and the West.

They collect offerings to the angry gods and goddesses to overcome the annoyance of the heavenly authorities. They get money for Dalit people's mistakes and or personal sins. They collect as offerings and or as gifts only valuable things from food to fruits, cloth to wealth, gold to gems, women to wine and land, under the cover of forces on earth or in the heavens.

The Brahmins desire others wealth, women, and properties. That is why they are always secretive, eat alone unseen by others, and keep their money and wealth handy. Hence they hide their preference for gold and diamonds. They give no respect for women; keep their women mostly as prisoners, production machines, and private properties in their homes. This is what I constantly said Brahmin women are our sisters for want of liberating from their male slavery.

They fear of other men, particularly the hardworking Shudras and Dalits. They carefully keep their women far away from them. One of the reasons for keeping away Brahmin women from others is that many Brahmins are impotent for breeding the children. Vegetarian diet is the reason for their impotency. A Brahmin woman loves the bold masculine working class of Dalit people. There is no untouchability as a matter in sex and Brahmins.

The Brahmins was this fear and their urge to protect their women from any possible sexual contacts with the dalit people. Here, the castes and the concepts of purity and pollution are important to them. Brahmin sometimes locks their women's sexual part and keeps its key when he is away. This behavior is to protect from the contact of the masculine Dalits.

But they also used their women, particularly the artistically young and experienced as special tools to easily influence, buy and get undue personal benefits and advantages from those in authority, power, Government, the rulers and kings. That practice and strategy of the Brahmins continues till date. This is the reason many Brahmins are in higher authority in offices. Even in America and west also Brahmin decorate many influential jobs because they share their women with their Bosses bed at sleep. This is also a secret of Brahmins and their influence in the West.
