Hi, i'm net to the whole 3DMame thing but i've been playing around with it for a few days and think it's fantastic! I have just a few questions: 1. Is it possible to view the arcade in full screen mode without the black border & viewing it through a window? 2. How do i turn off the robotic voice telling me the name of all the arcade games? 3. How do i change the default arcade cabinet for galaxian version to one ithat i have downloded (i.e generic mame)? 4. why does it take so long for the writting at the bottom to change from the cabinet i have just been looking at to the one i am currently at? this often makes me launch the wrong game! anyway - thanks for a refreshingly different mame frontend! |

1. there is an option to go fullscreen in fe.cfg and 0 toggles fullscreen...if you have your desktop highrer then 1024x768 then you can use the force1024x768 option to let the fe go fullscreen changing fullscreen on bootup 2. set dospeech to false in fe.cfg 3. change defcab to something else in the arcade cfg files you are using 4. that is a dealy for the video to not kick in immediately...but it is less then a second...i could make that a bit less peter |
