We asked Dr. Chess about the placement of a sign on the large post by the gate. He said it was no problem but he does not want his name used on the sign. Instead use Sierra View Catfish Farm. If anyone know where we can get a nice sign made for a reasonable price go for it! |

I was thinking a yellow sign with black letters (anything that stands out) and it should say something like “Welcome to the 3rflying R/C club airfield” then maybe list the days and times we normally fly on or something like that. And at the bottom it should say that we would like to thank the sierra view catfish farm for use of their property. Then on a second sign list a few rules that we come up with and say thank you at the bottom. I’m not sure what they should be made out of something that wont fade in the sun and can handle the elements. This would be a good topic for one of our meetings. Nick |
