Hi Everyone, I'll do my best to make a long story short - I'm dying to adopt a little papillon who's in need of a good home but we rent and in order for the landlords to allow us to have a dog they need to know the type of dog we're getting won't rip up the house, shed everywhere or bark excessively. I know the papillon does not and as we would be gettting a 6 year old he is fully house trained but if anyone could point me in the direction of a web page that SAYS they are low on barking/sheding, etc that would be a great help.
