How could/would you be able to tell the difference between a papillon puppy and a phalene puppy? |

Around 12 weeks of age the Papillon ears should be up. My Pap did not get his ears up for a long time, but then the one went down and I don't think its going to come back up. He will be a year this month. The breeder told me that he would probably be a Phalene but he just has weak ears. But I still love him LOTS. |
