Sorry fellas but it looks like the Phi Omega Chi chapter may never come back to MCLA. In fact we are being sued. Check it out

Call me a crazy idiot texan but my suggestion for this asshole insurance company as a way to recoup their 175,000 would be to charge people a monthly fee for their insurance. I am easily agrivated, I'll admit that, but big business (insurance especially) that only wants to take and never give back deserve absolutely jack. Usually I'm all for MCLA going bankrupt and as I've stated the national office can suck it too but if enron insurance wins their case and makes AXP pay that just means higher insurance and higher dues for all the other chapters struggling to make it. I'm sure I will post three or four more messages on this topic alone. Let me calm down first.

While I know a lot of us have a lot of comments on the article, we SHOULD NOT POST ANYTHING RELATED TO LEGAL ISSUES (ie, what we think happened that night, who's fault, etc.). Lawyers have an interesting way of digging up information to use against people, even if it seems harmless at the time. This site is not secure and can be viewed by anyone.
I'm with Millhouse on the whole insurance thing. Regardless of what happened, I thought insurance was there to pay for things like this. If you're going to have to pay out of your own pocket, why pay a premium? If I get into an accident, my insurance company doesn't send me a bill to repair vehicles... that's what my premium is for.
Gotta love how the media twists things around to make a few bucks. Also, gotta love the professional editing at the transcript. Alpha Chi? I guess it wasn't us.

I am in agreement with J.R. on this.

Can I post that I think the whole night was the insurance company's fault and that they should compensate all of us for the emotional distress of having to worry about what was happening to one of our brothers locked up in the joint. I would say they owe me a cool mill, but then again I cope better than others, they owe doofey about 10 mill.

You frat brothers are a bunch of morons. Its your own faults. I thought your fraternity was built on no hazing when it started. You got alot to learn about the real world.

Wow it takes a big man to post an anonymous message on a message board.
Now that I've been in the "Real World" for a few years now, I'd actually like to take the time out to thank my brother's for preparing me for it. You know, the real world where we wake up early everyday and go to our jobs and have responsibilities- not your world which is spent wasting time sifting through message board posts from July of 2005 and on top of it not even being man enough to state your name.
We "frat" brothers were prepared for the real world and it's hardships thanks in part to each other and through the teachings of the Fraternity.
P.S.
"It's our own faults? Built on no hazing? You got a lot to learn"
Do you mean it was our own fault, our fraternity was not bulit on hazing, and we've got a lot to learn?
*NICE GRAMMAR-MORON*

Wow, You taught me some stuff. Must take a real man to get the fraternity shut down. I will have to remember that.
