AXP Alum, I am the President of the Inter-Greek Council, as well as the President of Pi Upsilon Pi. We all know the issue regarding insurance, and currently the Greeks at MCLA are being required to purchase Liability insurance by the end of the 2006-2007 school year. The price is an annual $7000. We are currently organizing a phone-a-thon to call all greek alumni, in hopes that they will all donate somethign to this cause, Though many oranizations are no longer around, the remaining Organizations represent All Greeks. AXP was close with Beta,who are among those who need to raise the money. I hope that if you recieve a phone call you will at least consider making a small donation, to aid in the continued survivial of the Greek life at MCLA.
