I've received requests from fellow neighbors to develop a community message board so the neighbors have an easy way of communicating, posting announcements, etc. Therefore, when I launched my website, I incorporated a message board for our neighborhood. I am 47 years old and would like to retire in RB in about 15 years. I would like to gget some ideas of how I should plan to do that. i know that when i retire I won't be able to afford the prices then so I am thinking about either buying land now, ar maybe a rental property. I want to be as close to the beach as i can afford. I am not even sure how RB is set up? I havve never been there. I am a NJ native and like the tax situation in DE. Rob |
