Me and a couple of friends went to Swingle Mansion a month ago. We started out on the side of the yard, we all had a an eerie feeling and could hear babies screaming. As if that wasn't enough, we went to the front door and knocked on it. After knocking on the door we backed up. The freakiest thing happend after this, we heard footsteps and then a thud on the door and the door moved with the thud. We got out of there after this and haven't been back since.

Your a liar. You havent been there be4. It is not called the swingle mansion you dumb retard it is called the swingle hospital.I have been there about 6 tymes and i have never even heard no babies crying and how could the front door even budge at all when it is covered by a very thick plywood and cemented in around the edges you cant hear nothing through it either trust me i have already tried knocking on the door a few tymes myself an i have never seen nor heard anything at all. The only thing i have seen at the old hospital was a black apparition take off trough the tree line in the backyard and i have always got an uneasy feeling while i was there but 2 be honest you are full of sh!t and i think that you need to quit lieing to people just to feel special cuz it makes you look stupid for trying when there has been other people that has been there an they read what u say it makes u look fu!@ing dumb.Much Love. Um... if anyone is retarded here, I'd say it would have to be the person who doesn't know the correct usage of "you are" and "your". How about we make grammatically correct posts that make sense? Sound like a good idea? We drove by the hospital at like 4 this morning and it was pretty freaky even though we were still in the car. The air and everything just feels so dead there and it's so dark, you can't help but feel like something isn't right.

Swingle was a surgeon and all his patients died on the operating table and if you fell weird in the backyard it because the patients that dieds bodies that wernt claimed were buried out therenot 2 mention in the most haunted places in the country jonesborough and johnson city right heers together rank in at 7

Hi, maybe you should stop gossiping about Swingle and start researching Adam Crouch's property. After peeking into this subject, I seriously doubt that Swingle was some sort of mad doctor, a high-school urban legend. Who was Adam Crouch? How long was the property in his name?

When I was younger I and some friends got in the Hospital, we checked it out a few times during the night one week, planning how we would get in. We were inside it maybe 30min. We checked out all the rooms we could get to, the celing was collapsed in one part up stairs. It would be a beautiful southern style home if someone had the money to fix it back up, it has a really wide staircase that widens even more at the bottom. This was back in the mid 1980s. I wouldnt suggest going there or going in, the police watch it like crazy, we almost got caught that night we "broke in". We jumped from the top of the the porch you can see from the street and ran down to the Nashville Sound parking lots where we left our cars, it was a department store called howerds back then.
