Thematic opening discussion and rated quick games. Beginners welcome! Meet and greet at http://www.accentwine.com. Casual cafe environment with fine wines, coffee & appetizers. Bring boards and clocks if you have them. 3:00-4:00 Casual games and opening discussion. 4:00-4:30 Game 1: 15 minutes/player – If opponents are both USCF members, “quick” rated. 4:30-5:00 Game 2: 15 minutes/player – If opponents are both USCF members, “quick” rated. Hrmm, there hasn't been much interest so far. Is there a better time for people who might like to play? I may continue to go there on saturdays just to hang out. If anyone wants to play, contact me and I will definitely come. |
