Just a note of thanks to everyone involved with both teams for a tremendous season, both teams attained the seasons goal of promotion finishing as runners up in respective leage divisions with both having suffered only two defeats all season, the A team having reached the 1/4 final and semi finals of cup competitions and the Sunday team having continued success lifting the second division league cup. Well done & lets both go one better next season. A very proud manager. |

Sorry Alan to see that you did not win the second division of the Sunday League. But well done to your promotion and season overall. Hopefully we will join you in the first next season. It takes a great side to beat your Sunday team you know. Well done from me personally and on behalf of Services Football Club. |

Dear Manager,I watched the match at Frinton on Sunday and what a game it was!, the match had everything and both sides gave a great display of football and hunger, for me it had everything with a very attacking Frinton side and a very resiliant Clacton team, I thought it was close but Frinton edged it, having said that I also thought Clacton were superb and both sides were rightly promoted as the best teams by some way, it was sad to see a losing team and I think both sets of players were excellent in victory and defeat, one of the best games I have seen for some time and I thank you and your team for that as well as the Frinton side, excellent entertainment and I look forward to seeing your sides both play next year, best wishes. |
