thx man im my only lacking body part is my chest i think its just genetic i hate it! but i guess il just work harder on it! good job 220 is alot better then 190!

bench is 2 reps squat is 2 and clean n jerk is 1 and that is all competition style

today at weightlifting practice i curled 95 lbs 2 sets of 12 seems wierd because before i could only do maby 65 or so 2x12 next week im starting HYDROTEST its a testosterone booster.....we'll see how that works

that stuff sux! dont buy it! the only thing that works is protine and creatine. steroids too lol but iduno if u wantto spend the money on that.

well after reading alot of forum's about hydrotest i decided not to buy it instead i bought Testatropinol. everything i read about it sais its just about the best alternative to not taking illeagle drugs. u can get a 6 week cycle of Testatropinol for $38.00 on bodybuilding.com protein is good but i personally think creatine is highly over rated. if u gonna buy creatine get cell-tech!

hey jus want to update my shit bench-295 x2 squat-415 x2 clean n jerk-275 x1 75 sit up's in 1 minute 47 dips in 1 minute(full extension) i also maxed out in bench for 185 as many time as possible and did it 19 times...

An update. Today i managed to bench 460lbs, dead lifted 550lbs and curled 170lbs. i measured my arms and they are 19.5 inches.

Mitchell, you don't need to buy any supplaments. I don't believe in them, and i have achieved better results than most people using them. I just assure that i eat, train and rest right. Save your money

no andro is good stuff! u cant put on 10-15 pound of muscle in 6 weeks with just food. its powerful stuff! right now i just started a cycle of 6-OXO and Tribulus. im taking 300mg of 6-OXO before bed and 750mg of Trib 3 times a day. im not expecting massive gains prob around 5lbs of muscle. i cant find andro so for no this will do. plus this is much more safe!

those are single arm dumbell curls as in 45-50 in each hand.

also i do not rely on supplaments i also eat well. around 200-300g of protine a day. plenty of complx carbs and all that junk. but i would like to take my training to the next level!
