I AM STARTING OUT I AM 35 YEARS OLD AND I WEIGH ABOUT 240. I HAVE PURCHASED SOME FREE WEIGHTS AND DUMBELLS TO GET STARTED. I NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET I HAVE BOUGHT SOME VIDEOS AND MAGAZINES BUT WHERE DO I START I AM WANTING TO TURN THIS FAT TO MUSCLE! I HAVE LOST 4 LBS.IN 2 WEEKS I NEED ALL THE INFO I CAN GET WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DO I NEED TO BUILD MUSCLE! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP

Billy I have to say that you can not turn body fat into muscle. Body fat is basically your body’s way of storing unused energy. The best thing to do would be to incorporate cardio within your weight training programme. It’s best to start of your training programme with resistance work and ending the session with some cardio. I like to train A major muscle group e.g. back, with a small muscle e.g. traps. Make sure you cut down on bad fat I.e. saturated and mono’ and also Transfatty acids (which is found in junk food). Eat plenty of protein and cut down on your carbs 2:1 ratio is not bad make sure you eat complex carbs in the morning/early afternoon (this is paster, rice, oats) and simple carbs in the evening (maltodextrin,fructose dextros, glucose) the reason for this is that your more like to burn off all the complex carbs by the end of the day. One of the most important things is to make sure you eat plenty of vegetable, the reason for this is because vegetables contain antioxidant which stop free radicals (a process which occurs when you smoke, drink, train, and from pollution) from damaging causing damages to your body e.g. torn ligament, cartilage damage (chrodroitin is the best for stoping this). go to a gym or u will spend alot of money on a home gym! to have a good home gym your should have- flate and incline bench, free wieghts 10lbs-around 80-110, a squate rack, and some sort of cable machien. u might as well go to a gym! or u will dish out a good few grand! plus u can get a personal trainer at the gym who can help u out. dont just pic any personal trainer eather! make sure they know what they are doing most dont! pick a male who is big and knows his shit.

im only 17 and i can bench 100 over my weight and squat more than 200 over my weight. iuse to have 22% body fat then i took cell-tech and nitro-tech and lost down to 11% body fat in 7 weeks. i would also recoment going to www.freakygrowth.com best web site i have found yet for how to get HUGE and cut body fat naturaly
