Losing that last bit of stubbourn fat can be quite a challange, but i have your answer. You NEED to do cardio 5 times a week, ie monday through to friday. Do it at a moderate pace, so you're puffing but can still hold a conversation. This pace will burn the least amount of muscle. These cardio sessions should last for about 40 minutes. Train 3 times a week, doing the basic compound exercises, bench, deads, clean and press, squats and chins. Don't worry too much about training your biceps, tricepts or shoulders too much, they get a good enough workout during the compound exercises. (Don't believe me, look at Franco Columbu before Arnold got him into bodybuilding, he was very muscular in his arms, without doing any curling at all)
Cut back on ALL grainy carbs, these are what makes you fat. Eat lots of fresh fruit and veg for energy. Start the day off by eating fruit till your full for breakfast, and wash it down with some FULL CREAM milk, yes full cream. There is a lot of hype about full cream products, but the simple rull is, if it's natural animal fats, it's ok. Look at the ancient Greeks, they didn't have skim milk and they had impressive physiques. This should strip the fat off in no time.
I'm speaking from experience here. I am studying muscle mechanics, nutrition physiology etc at university. I was very over weight before doing this diet, and now i am down to 8% body fat. I am 6 foot and i weigh 190lbs. If your want my bulking up advice, look at the thread started by joey and follow my advice to him. Good luck
