I took my PX for the coal mine and my grip test wasn't high enough..I'm doing farmers walk with 50 lbs. 100 lb. grippers, 10 lb. roll up and using a 5 lb. weighted ball..What else can I add?...Right now I'm at 156 and I need at least 169... Thanks |
