Hi! Love the site. Have a query about the UK press kit at http://fabulousbakers.tripod.com/ab/bakerboys/press6.html If the cast list in this press kit includes actors whose scenes were deleted from the film is it possible that preview tapes distributed in the UK at the same time contained a longer print of the film? The synopsis seems to contain a few deleted scenes too. Nice idea Jenna but I don't think there was a preview tape issued that included a complete print of the film. The promo video that was issued merely had a few highlights from the film that TV reviewers could play. Those clips are on the Region 2 special edition DVD (see link below) and I can confirm that unforunately there is nothing there that wasn't in the final cut of the film. My guess is that unless Steve Kloves took home a copy of the original rough cut, these deleted scenes were probably destroyed and don't exist any more. http://fabulousbakers.tripod.com/ab/bakerboys/zone2special.html |
