Went to Carters today. The lake is above full pool at 1076. The walkway over to the dock was under water at the ramp by the dam. Why can't the Corp of Engineers fix this problem. We only caught a few fish. Four Spots with the largest at 18 inches and 3 lbs. 3 oz. My wife caught a few Blue Gill, but they are hard to find this Spring. We caught most of our fish near the big island near Ridgeway. |

Goin up there today, the old fish radars going off. Ha wouldn't that make sense if the water went way above full pool now like it did a few years ago and shut down the ramps again!! By the way, when does anyone predict will be the peak of the striper run this year? |
