Took some clients out for a few trips this past week and I must say the striper fishing is great. Fished Holly Park and North up to Laurel Park. Managed to land 15 the first day, 12 the second, and 16 the third. All fish were between 12-17lbs. Out of all three days only six were caught off downlines. A couple were caught using pearl Zoom superflukes and the rest were busted on freelined bluebacks and jumbo minnows. The birds are real active right now, stick close with them and you'll have success. You may or may not see major feeding activity the main thing to look for is the slight roll on the water as they are have not been busting on top like most everyone looks for.
