Hi, I'm looking for Emil Tahfs. I was a student of your mother's, Betsy Tahfs when I lived on Adak where your father, Kenneth Tahfs was principal. I had the hugest crush on you too! Ha ha! Oh my goodness. Anyway, please get a hold of me if you have time, as I would like to thank your parents for the lessons they taught me when I was so young that I have carried with me all my life. |

Hello...Whoever?I'm Emil's father and former principal from Ann C. Stevens Elem. School. Our family moved back to Michigan where Betsy was an elementary principal and I was Superintendent of Schools for five years at a district in northern Michigan.We have since moved to Florida...around the Gainsville area. Betsy and I retired from our positions over 5 years ago. Emil is still living in Michigan and his brother Nate is now in Orlando.I was doing a Google search and found your 'posting'. I, too, was at Ann C. Stevens Elementary in Adak, Alaska! I was the Secretary! I would love to hear from students and staff that were a part of the BEST school ever with the BEST Teachers ever! |
