Once again Jason you have managed to put together another great racing experience for everyone. Everything was well thought out and the race went on with out any issues. (As far as we could tell.) To bad the area had all the rain and we couldn’t do the coasteering event you had planned. It would have been a great edition to the race and we will be looking forward to it next year. We liked the climbing wall idea at the beginning to get the start times, it is nice to get some of the racers anxiety out before the race gets going. It was also a way for the teams to get together and chat while their teammates were climbing. We wanted to give a special thanks to all the volunteers that helped along the way. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help with any questions we had along the way. I’m sure we lost about 20-30 minutes on the race just chatting with them through out the race and petting the dog at the traverse. (Time well spent too us.) The rain was just another part of the race to us, more like a shower after swimming through the ponds. However, I’m sure the volunteers waiting and waiting for people to show up at the zipline were just tired of being cold and wet. So thanks again for all their patience and hard work to help us out and keep everyone safe along the way. You can sign up our team for next year’s race, whenever it is.
