I hope the year has treated all adventure racers out there well. There has been some great races in the midwest this year with more scheduled for this fall. I even hear talk about spring races for the Des Moines and Sioux Falls area in 2005. Lets hope it works out and we can get even more people into the sport. Thanks again to everyone who raced in the 2004 RAID. I hope everyone enjoyed the race and is looking forward to 2005. I'd also like to announce that the DVD's (with race video and pictures) have FINALLY been sent. Each team will receive 1 disc to share or copy on to other teammates or people. These have been mailed to team captians and they should arrive by Sept. 18th. Additional disc's can be had for $5. Please email or call me with your wishes. Just got my DVD over the weekend. It was awesome to revisit the race, thanks! Blood, Sweat, and Wheeze are looking forward to coming back up next year. ps..have a great race at the Berryman this weekend and point me in the right direction if I look lost!!! |
