Throwing this information out there. I am an attendant for an advanced para with MS. A hospital stay gave him a stage 4 on his butt. As bad as that was, it was worse because he already had surgeries there where they removed tissue and shaved the Ischial Tuberosity. After aprox 10 months of dealing with this wound I decided to try something from the internet. Derma Wound healed most of it in around 2 weeks which saved him from another surgery. I packed it and sealed it off with a tegaderm. Because the crystals turn to liquid they need to be contained somehow. It's not good to cover with a bandage bacause it soaks up the medication. Now I have job security;) It's worth a try folks. I do not make any money from this product...for 30 something dollars youv'e got to be kidding...it's hard to put a price on this. |
