I am an RCA on the same route for over a year. Sometimes a customer will come up and talk to me and I explain that I am their "Saturday girl, and that Hazel is their regular and delivers mon-fri." Is this being unprofessional? |

Better reply would be: Hazel is your regular carrier I work on Hazel's days off. Which normally is every Saturday, but sometimes I do work during the week when Hazel is on leave. |
