please let me know whether you can use an annual leave on a holiday if you are a rca and if you have to use your evaluated hours or can you use more than your evaluated hours (6) and if you take an annual leave day can you use 8 hour instead of your evaluated hour please help to let me understand it |

Are you a RCA running an aux. route full time? How are you earning your leave? Full time Aux. route RCAs usually take leave equal to the hourly evalution time of the route. Doesn't matter if it's a holiday or not, RCAs don't get "holiday" pay. I doubt if you would be approved if the leave hours would put you over 40 for the week!! |
