I'm an RCA and run a Aux route 6 days a week.I would like to know how vacation & sick leave are calculated on an Aux. Route? Also at what point will I earn a day off every other week? |

You will earn 1 hour for every 20 hours you work. No you do not earn 1 day every other week, just an hour for every 20 hours worked and you only earn that hour if you work on your aux route if you do any other route in the office that time does not count towards any time off for you. |
