hello all, i was woundering i have been a rca for a year and a half and the lady i work for is 62 and she wants to handle all the changes that come in and i know i need to know how to handle all the changes too cause this route will be mine one day and i don't know how to do alot of things how do i go about asking her if i can handle some of the things with out her thinking i'm tring to take over her route cause i'm not |
