Does anyone know the real reason the Postal Service changed the flat standards which has lead to thousands of rural carriers losing thousands and thousands of dollars? |

The reason the postal service changed the flat standards. Reason 1- So the rural carrier would lose thousands of dollars. |

reason for cost cutting. everyone should get a paycut when the rural carrier loses on mail count. we are the end item. we deliver (just carriers) not everyone. |
