Anyone got the time to guide me through this step by step? I'm assuming I download something and burn it to CD or DVD? I have xbox360 and PS2...any chance this can run on those systems? |

You can use an emulator to run the game on your computer. Do a google search for FCEUltra, or NESticle. You can also burn it to disc, and play it on a Dreamcast, but thats more complicated. I suggest downloading an emulator to run this on your computer, and spend a few bucks to buy a controller for your comp. http://league.rbicentral.com 2k6 Homepage |

1-Download an emulator, which simulates an NES on your computer. http://www.emulator-zone.com/download.php/emulators/nes/fceultra/fceu-0.98.12.win.zip 2-Download the latest set of games roms (.zip file) from: http://league.rbicentral.com/2k6roms.htm 3-open FCE ultra (.exe file) and then open one of the 2k6 roms (.nes file) You are all set! If you dont have a gamepad for your computer, you can pick up one very inexpensively for under $10 at any best-buy type store. http://league.rbicentral.com 2k6 Homepage |

I checked online and neither Circuit City of Best Buy carry a nintendo "gamepad" controller. Is it simply a Nintendo controller with a USB port, or is there some other branded equivilant? Have the game on my laptop, kudos to you for bringing back great memories to me. Now I just need to find a way to play that doesn't involve the 'alt' key. |

Do a google for "gravis game pad". They look like a ps2 controller, and are very inexpensive. If you do prefer a nintendo controller, do a google for Nintendo USB controller. There are some for sale, along with guides to make your own if you'd prefer to go that route. Any kind of gamepad is preferrable. http://league.rbicentral.com 2k6 Homepage |
