There IS a way to get it without cheats. If you have FinalAlert2, create a map and insert the President near your base. You need to play unholy alliance, because you need a psychic to control the president, and an ifv to put him in. |

u cant put units that u capture (by yuris) in IFVs i think soo unlucky |
