The games were great, my nieces had a mostly wonderful time, but...next year would it be possible to relocate the heritage area closer to or on the far side of the road? Acoustic guitars and harps can't compete with pipes and drums.
When the presenters at the heritage tent politely asked one 'gentleman' tuning his pipes to possibly relocate to the other side of a tree 15-20 feet away, his response was a very rude (unprintable) refusal. I don't know if either of the presenters contacted the organizers, but considering their treatment by that band member, I doubt they will return.
