Hi, Rika!! It's me Illa. I went to Tokyo and Yokohama for my holiday in the end of December and I bought a bottle of greapefruit essential oil. I used a few drops in my hotbath. After that, I was itching. How can I use it? |

Hi, Illa. Because essencial oils don't mis with water when you use them in a tub it is nessesary to mix with emulsion such as honey, seasalt, carrier oil and then desolve it into bath water. ex 1) 3TBS of honey, 10 to 15 drops of essential oil. Mix well and add to the tub. ex 2) Put 1/3 cups seasalt into glass jar(with screw top is better), Add 5-10 drops essensial oils. Close the lid and shake well and then add it to the tub. some essensial oiles are phototozic. do not use them if the area of application will be exposed to sunlight in 24 HRS.
