I want to know if there still is front bell tenor horns in E flat in production somewere. I am looking for an instrument built as a flugelhorn or cornet in e flat with piston valves. I am drum major at a mounted band in Sweden, we play military music by horse. In concert music we use the british style brass band form. The problem is that the tuba formed tenor horn sends the sound upwards wich is not so god for playing on the horseback. I am thankful for any suggestion.

You have a lot of choice in that area, Gustav. DEG, Kanstul, and several other companies make these horns. You'll have to look under "marching brass" and/or "marching alto horn". I'll add a link to one below. This is Kanstul's horn in F, but you can have a set of slides made to take it down to Eb.

Hey, I've been looking for one of these sites for a long time! Finally, a direct source/resource!

Miraphone and Couesnon have both made bell-front Eb Alto Flugels in the past. I don't believe they're still in production, but one appears on ebay every now and again. I have a Couesnon in Eb, I think it plays rather well. I use a Wick 2 mp with it. Also Amati makes a decent (and affordable) alto trumpet in Eb.

I have a Ceverny side bell - just fine for your use. Great sounding, good volume and has more reliable rotary valves. Made in the Czech Republic.
